The Giant squid (Architeuthis dux ) is the largest living invertebrate reaching lengths of up to 12-13m. They prey on small mammals, large fish and other squid which they engulf with there large tentacles that make up most of there body. The lifespan of the giant squid is very short with them only living up to 2-3 years.
Material: Reclaimed native wood, aged copper, burnt kauri gum eye and glow in the dark resin.
